ESD Protective Packaging

Evergreen Semiconductor Materials, Inc. specializes in providing cost effective ESD protective packaging for shipping, storage, kitting, and handling of semiconductors and other electronic devices. We have available for immediate delivery hundreds of packaging solutions to meet your needs available in large or small quantities.

Anti-Static Tubes

Clear antistatic and conductive tubes provide ESD Protection and are typically 20” long, although custom lengths are available. These are used for DIP, PLCC, SOIC, SOJ, SOP, LCC, SSOP, TSSOP, and TO packages. Coordinating pins, plugs, and tube stuffers are also available.

JEDEC Matrix Trays

JEDEC Matrix Trays are injection molded trays for MCFP and TQFP devices. Available in both high and low temperature versions, these are low cost, recyclable trays. A large variety of recycleable JEDEC trays are also available in small quantities manufactured by Camtex™, 3M™, AMS™. 

Wafer Packaging

Our wafer jars, anti-static foam cushions, and filter paper interleaves provide the best ESD breakage protection and high density packaging for 3”-12” wafers.

Vacuum Formed Trays

Vacume formed trays for active and passive devices are made of conductive styerne or clear anti-static PETG. They have the benefit of low cost tooling and quick turn-around times.
